Soccer Field Address (3737 N Elk Vale Rd, Rapid City, SD). We will depart for Rapid City at 7:30 am from the GHS faculty parking lot.

These students in Ms. Danforth's 5th grade class met their September reading goals! They earned free slushes from The Treasure Chest: King and Queen Treats! Good job!!

The Garretson JH Volleyball Team hosts Elkton-Lake Benton Monday October 6, 2025. The 8th GRADE MATCH WILL BE PLAYED FIRST AT 3:30 pm, followed by the 7th Grade Match.

Thursday October 2, 2025 Garretson Soccer hosts Worthington with the Varsity Match scheduled for 5:00 pm, followed by the JV Match at 6:30. Immediately following the Varsity Match we will recognize our 3 Seniors and their parents.

Elkton-Lake Benton will be hosting a Tailgate Party Friday October 3, 2025 from 5:00-7:00 at the Elkton Athletic Complex prior to the Garretson/Lake-Benton Football Game. The menu includes a Burger or Brat, Chips, Cookie, & Water for $10.00.

The Garretson JH Volleyball Team plays at Baltic Thursday October 2, 2025. The 7th Grade Match starts at 3:45 pm, followed by the 8th Grade Match. This match wasn’t originally scheduled, but was just recently added.

The Garretson Soccer Team plays Sioux Falls Christian Thursday September 25, 2025. Match Times: Varsity Match…5:00 pm and the JV Match…6:30 pm. The Matches will take place at 2405 W Benson Road Sioux Falls, SD…Sanford Crossing Field #1.

The Garretson Booster Club will be hosting a Tailgate Party Friday September 26, 2025 beginning at 6:00 pm at the Athletic Complex prior to the Garretson/ Viborg-Hurley Football Game. The menu includes a Brat or Hot Dog Meal for $5.00, with all proceeds going to the Garretson Booster Club. Come out Friday and support the Booster Club and Blue Dragons! Note: The Tailgate will take place inside the Complex.

Monday September 22, 2025 The Junior Varsity and Junior High Football Teams host Viborg-Hurley. The Junior Varsity Game will begin at 3:30 pm followed by the Junior High Game.

Monday September 22, 2025 The 7th Grade and 8th Grade Volleyball Teams travel to West Central. Both teams will play at 4:00 pm.

The Garretson Soccer Match at West Central Thursday September 18, 2025 will begin at 4:00 pm. The JV Soccer Match has been CANCELLED.
