Garretson High School will again be offering the OI Performance Enhancement Program. It is designed to give the athlete gains in their power, agility, speed, and strength; four key pillars of athleticism. The program is overseen by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists from Orthopedic Institute.
Who: Males and Females going into grades 7-12 (8 Weeks)
When: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Friday will also be offered, but is optional
July 1 – July 7 NO training (classified as dead week via SDHSAA)
Session:
6:30 – 8:00 AM (may be adjusted depending on number of participants)
Cost: $200.00 (if a family signs up more than one child each additional child will
receive a 15% reduction from the $200.00.

The cost of each physical is $15.00 (make check payable to Garretson High School). Forms are available in the High School Office, or you may print them from our school website under Documents/Athletics. Athletic Screening Form must be filled out and signed before the Physical.

Today is the day! The Athletic complex will be closed to the public until the beginning of August. Mammoth construction will begin work on the replacement of the athletic turf and track today. The project completion date is expected to be August 1. Let's GO BLUE DRAGONS!!!
