Physicals will be offered at the school for the 2019- 2020 School Year to our current 6-11 students on the following Dates, Wed. April 24, 2019 from 9:00-4:00/ Tues. May 21, 2019 from 9:00-12/ Wed. May 22, 2019 from 9:00-Noon. Cost is $15 and will be good for all athletics in the 2019-2020 school year. Forms MUST be filled out prior to the physical, they can be picked up and dropped back off in the office. Reminder, you will NOT be able to start practices for any athletics in the fall with out a physical!
