Friday Nights Football Game Garretson at McCook Central/Montrose will be live streamed on the NFHS network and can also be heard on the radio at Kool 98.3

There will be no life feed tonight of the volleyball game on the local alliance channel. It will be on NFHS Network network for subscribers only. Sorry for the delay on this issue.

Tuesdays Soccer Match at Dakota Valley will start at 5:30...note time change. Thursdays JH Volleyball Matches at Home with Chester Area will switch start times: 4:00 8th Grade 4:45 7th Grade MCM will be hosting a Tailgate before Friday's Football Game at Salem...5:30-6:45 Grilled Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Pork and Beans, Chips, Cookies, and Water.

The cheerleaders would like to thank Mrs. Kientopf and her Ag class for the new signs! Come check them out at our football home games!

Important info regarding tomorrow's volleyball game vs. Chester Area starting at 10:00 a.m. Every participant is allowed ONLY 6 people to attend (6 people per player, coach, managers, and stats) Admission is $6/Adults, $4/ Students. All K-12 students are allowed to attend and do not count as 6 person limit but must show a valid ID. All staff members are allowed to attend with ID and Big East Conference passes are allowed.

We are following the themes set up by our GHS Student Council: A Year to Remember! Monday is Color Day! 6th Grade = RED 7th Grade = WHITE 8th Grade = BLACK Tuesday is Decade Day! The entire middle school is going to be 90's! Wednesdays is Holiday Day! The entire middle school is going to be Mother's Day and Father's Day. Dress up like the mom's and dad's that you have in your life or famous mom's and dad's. Thursday is Destination Day! The entire middle school is going to dress like you are going to a Sports Event. Wear your favorite team - jersey's, t-shirts, hats and even those team socks! Friday is Spirit Day! Wear your Blue Dragon Blue and White! Have fun with all the dress up days! Go Blue Dragons!

Volleyball Tuesday September 15, 2020 Garretson at Flandreau Below is Flandreau's COVID-19 Event Protocol: *JH Games = 4:00 pm start in the HS Gym with the 7th grade at 4:00 pm and the 8th grade to follow. *C-B-A = 5:00 pm start in our Elementary gym. There will be a rolling schedule so the JV match will start 15 mins after the ‘C’ match has been completed. Flandreau’s ‘Fan Attendance’ info. This includes: • These rules are for both Flandreau and Garretson • Masks are REQUIRED in our facility. This includes bench players and coaches – both JH and HS matches. When a coach is standing up by the court, they can take their mask off. Players and coaches sitting on the bench will need their masks on. When players are warming-up, masks can be off. • Every participant (for the HS team) will get ONLY 4 ‘vouchers’ (4 vouchers per player, coach, managers, and stats). We do not have limits on the JH match but people will not be able to go from the HS gym to the Elem gym without a voucher. • Only those people with vouchers will be allowed to attend – they will still need to pay admission ($5 for adults and $3 for students) Kids under 5 years old do not need a ticket or need to pay. • All HIGH SCHOOL students do not need a voucher – they need to show some sort of school ID when they pay admission. MS and Elem students MUST have a voucher to attend and then pay admission. • Any person under age of 5 can attend without a voucher • All staff members do not need a voucher but will need to show some sort of school ID to gain admittance.
