Garretson School District

Garretson High School will be offering Athletic Physicals to students grades 6-11 for the 2022-2023 School Year Wednesday April 13, from 9:00-1:30, Wednesday April 20 from 9:00-1:30, and Thursday April 28...9:00-3:30. The cost of each physical is $15.00 (make check payable to Garretson High School). Forms are available in the High School Office or you may print them from our school website under Documents/Athletics. Athletic Screening Form must be filled out and signed before the Physical. Physical sign up sheet is located in the High School Office.

GMS TATU Rally in the Dragon's Lair! Students in grades 6-8 can join our Teens Against Tobacco Use for fun inflatables and music on Friday April 8 from 3:30 until 5:30. COST = A Pledge to be tobacco and nicotine free! Concessions will be available $2 drinks, $1.50 candy.

South Dakota middle school students have an opportunity to participate in FREE, five-day career exploration camps this summer. Hosted on three college campuses with visits to area technical colleges, the Dakota Dreams Career Exploration Summer Camps allow students to experience at least 10 different career paths. Thursday-Saturday February 24-26, 2022, State Wrestling Tournament Sioux Falls ALL MATCHES ARE STILL AVAILABLE TO STREAM FOR FREE at SDPB.ORG/WRESTLING The matches will still have all wrestler info and look the same as they have in years past, you'll just be accessing them a different way. You will not be able to directly access the stream from TrackWrestling. You'll have to use track wrestling to see what mat your wrestler is on, and then go to that mat on the SDPB YouTube channel. If you click a link on Track Wrestling and it is asking you to subscribe to something in order to watch a match, DON'T DO IT!. The matches are free via SDPB. The process will be the same on Saturday for the Dual Tournament. Find the mat your team is on and go to that mat on the SDPB site. The finals matches will still be broadcast live on SDPB as usual. South Dakota Public Broadcasting prides itself on making all high School Activities accessible to our viewers at no charge. Because SDPB is the exclusive rights-holder to SDHSAA Wrestling Championships, individual matches will not be available through TrackWrestling or other sources.
