It was an exciting morning for our transportation department! Today, we accepted delivery of three electric busses from LION electric. We are happy to have Brandon Reid, from LION electric on hand to train our drivers on both safety and operations of these busses. Good Morning. This past Thursday I was able to find an Opponent for the JH Football and JV football Teams to play during their Bye Week (September 25-29). Monday September 25, 2023 both teams will travel to Oldham-Ramona-Rutland with the Games to be played at Rutland. The JH Game will start at 4:00 pm with the JV Game to follow at 5:00 pm.

Because of the high probability of inclement weather Friday Night September 22, 2023 the game times for the JH and Varsity Football Games with Parkston have been moved up. Friday September 22, 2023...Parkston at Garretson...The Junior High Football Game will start at 2:45 pm, and the Varsity Football Game will start at 4:30 pm.

Tuesday September 19, 2023 the JH Volleyball Team travels to Dell Rapids. The schedule is as follows: 4:00 pm...7A, 7B, & 8A. Games are on a rolling schedule and will played in the Dell Rapids Middle School Gym.

Session 2 starting at 3:00 pm...3rd Place Match...Flandreau vs Sioux Valley and Championship Match...Chester Area vs Baltic.
If 4th graders could build a school they would have a nap room, trampolines, gaming room and the school would be underwater! That's just to list a few of the things my class came up with!

Matches at Sioux Valley starting at 6:00 pm...#1 Chester Area vs #8 Parker and #4 MCM vs #5 Sioux Valley. Semi Final and Consolation Matches will also be played at each site 20 minutes following the completion of first round matches.
Escape Room inspired Breakout Boxes have started…they may be a little “trig”y to start the year for the Trig/Pre-Calc students. :)
