Monday March 18, 2024 Girls and BoysTrack Practice will begin for those 7-12 Students interested in participating. Just a reminder for those students who didn't participate in a Fall or Winter Sport, you must have a Physical on file in the High School Office before you may practice.

Enjoying some time outside and finding real-world examples of triangles and solving for sides and angles using trigonometric functions like sine, arc tangent, and the Pythagorean Theorem. Too nice to stay inside.

Just taking a walk to distribute the Blue Ink and I see this awesome interactive museum curated by Miss Williamson’s 7th grade social studies crew. So awesome and what’s great way to share knowledge!

3rd grade is busy working hard on learning their multiplication facts. Carter and Coyer have officially mastered their 12's and earned Annie's. Way to go boys, keep up the great work.

Wednesday, February 21, 2024, there will be a Pep Rally to honor our State Wrestling Participants at 1:00 pm in the New Gym. This is open to the public and we encourage you to come out and cheer on the Blue Dragon Wrestlers!

Our own Ms. Kientopf was featured in the February 2024 edition of the SD FFA's newsletter, FFA's New Era! Earlier this year, she was recognized Nationally with the Early Career Teacher Award. We are proud of our FFA and Ms. K's leadership in the program!

The Garretson PTO will sponsor a supper on Tuesday February 13th, 2024, at the school before the Garretson Girls/Boys Basketball Doubleheader. The supper will start at 4:00 pm, serving until they run out! The Menu Includes a pulled pork sandwich, chips, and cookie for $7.00…a sandwich alone may be purchased for $5.00. All proceeds will go towards continued playground improvements. Bring the family out and support our Garretson PTO.

Earlier this week the Blue Dragons competed in the Science Fair. Big thank you to the judges for their time and Ms. Stallman for her leadership and a big congratulations to all the young scientists showcasing their work and research!

The speech class got some "Real World" experience as they are the DJs for the day on Dells Empire Country today (can be streamed online). They sound great! Good work sophomores!
